This year’s Leiston Christmas event is certain to deliver a huge helping of festive fun over the weekend of Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December, with lots of stalls, attractions and even an Ice Rink, to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.
Booking is now open for Leiston’s artificial Ice Rink and can be booked by clicking HERE. The Ice Rink will be located on the High Street car park (opposite Cinnamon). Each skating session runs for 30 minutes and includes skates, for a very reasonable charge of £6.50 per person. Operating hours will be 12 noon until 7.10pm on Saturday 8th December and 12 noon until 5.10pm on Sunday 9th December. Tickets can be collected from Leiston Film Theatre 24 hours after a booking is made, or on the day, as the Film Theatre will be open from 11.30am on each day that the Ice Rink is in operation. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased and are subject to availability. Over 300 skating slots have already been booked. The ice skates are included in the ticket price and available in minimum children’s size 9 and maximum adult’s size 11. You are welcome to use your own ice skates, subject to a suitability check. Please note that speed skates are not allowed. For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed whilst on the ice and skaters must wear suitable clothing for skating, including gloves and wrap up warm!
